Come tour our latest detached ADU garage conversion project in Land Park. These ADUs are one of the most cost-effective ways to add living space and generate rental income for your property.


By reusing parts of the original garage structure, we saved the homeowner thousands—avoiding solar panel requirements and reusing existing electrical where possible. On this build, we worked with a 90-year-old foundation, corrected structural issues, and delivered modern upgrades—all while preserving character and maximizing usable space.
